The Ten ONeil Sisters

The Easter Parade ONeil's  In the 1940's and 50's one of the most indelible images of Boston was that of the ONeil sisters, all ten of them eventually, in matching dresses, bonnets and corsages, promenading up the Commonwealth Avenue Mall. The sisters’ popularity coincided with the emergence of the Associated Press and so their images went worldwide.
